Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
